A lovely hotel in a beautiful place.
The breakfast was very unorganised with dirty cups chipped tea pots and milk served in teapots with no lids.

Exceptional
Check in was fast and a nice experience, the view from the room was exceptional, hotel ambiance was beautiful, love the cleanliness of the rooms, breakfast buffet was amazing.
Spa area is rather small for this kind of hotel and room prices.

Very Good
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful...probably the best we've ever had at any hotel. The beach and pool areas were great. The restaurants and the lobby/terrace bar were really nice. And the view from every window on every floor was simply breathtaking. A wonderful hotel and we will be back for sure. The location is also great with other things to do in the area and the port is only 5 min drive away.
Sadly, our room was not up to the mark when we arrived. There were many spider webs(on the lamp, in the minibar cupboard, near the door and in the bathroom), shoe marks on the floor, grease marks on the headboard of the bed and ants on one side table. The cleaning staff came in but only one spider Web was removed and the floors were cleaned but still not well enough. The linen and the rest of the bathroom was very clean. For a 5 star this was disappointing but we didn't want to bother the staff. (We had the very last room at the end so maybe it was just not used as much as the rest.) We needed a late check out so we were shifted to another room that was super clean. So this was just a one off it seems.

Fantastic property with amazing views and sunsets. Great breakfast and lovely terraces to enjoy view
The hotel breakfast was really good - buffet style with wide variety of options. Amazing views on the terrace and they provide shade for you to enjoy your breakfast. Rooms were lovely and access to the beach was an added bonus.
